Description

ConceptShare is a simple, cost-effective tool for gathering feedback from team members and clients. Upload files from your Box account, and invite other users to view and discuss them. ConceptShare offers versatile features that allow others to give clear, specific comments on documents, photos, and any of the numerous other file types with which it is compatible.

Meetings can be held in real time, or users can make comments at their leisure. ConceptShare can be set up to send email notifications in several convenient ways, so you can always keep up with what is happening. Participants can add text or pictures to the uploaded file with comments to clarify their meaning. Other features include the ability to upload related files to a workspace for easy access, add pictures from your hard drive, and crop documents and pictures.

To use ConceptShare, right click on a file and select “ConceptShare It.” Enter your username and password (or create and account if you don’t have one), and you’ll be taken to a screen displaying all of your current workspaces. Choose the one you wish to work on, and use the tools at the top of the screen to mark up the document, or leave comments using the “Add Comment” button at the bottom. Might be a good concept sharing tool if the entire doc. would automatically import into the concept space. My first test involved importing an entire PDF and apparently only one page uploaded in the share space. The upgrade may have more advantages.

not impressed. clunky to use. you can only test out with 5mb of storage. Hardly enough to get an idea if this would be worthwhile or not.
